Before you move in, we’ve got a few things to cover.

All of our rental condominiums are leased on a first-come, first-served basis. These condominiums rent primarily to students. Students must have a parent or guardian to sign a guarantor form. If you do not have a guarantor, you can get one by going through leaseeasy.com. Rental condominiums are leased for a one year period

To reserve your unit, begin the process by sending us your application, guarantor form and a clear scan of your drivers license or student ID (one for each roommate). We require an admin fee of $275 per person with a signed lease agreement and the first month’s rent to secure the condo.

The leasing process can be completed by email, fax, mail, or you can call to make an appointment with an agent. Walk-Ins are welcome during office hours!
